Abstract
Originated from the Yellow Emperor's Inner Canon,"the disease of water qi"formed in the Synopsis of Prescriptions of the Golden Chamber.It is a general term for a series of diseases caused by abnormal metabolism of body fluids.Edema is a symptom of the disease of water qi.Although there is no description of lymphedema after breast cancer surgery in the ancient books of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),its pathogenesis is similar to that of the disease of water qi.This article tried to explore the differentiation and treatment of upper limb lymphedema after breast cancer surgery from the perspective of the disease of water qi in the Synopsis of the Golden Chamber,so as to explore the clinical application value of classic prescriptions and Chinese medicine in tumor,and to further expand the thinking and methods for TCM diagnosis and treatment of lymphedema after breast cancer surgery.关键词
