Discussion on the Application of Harmonization Method in Treating Postembolization Syndrome after Transcatheter Hepatic Arterial Chemoembolization of Liver Cancer Based on the Theory of"Facilitating Liver Qi Stagnation"
摘要
Abstract
Transcatheter hepatic arterial chemoembolization(TACE)is one of the main methods for treating middle stage or advanced liver cancer,but most patients often experience postembolization syndrome(PES),including fever,fatigue,vomiting,and pain of liver region.Modern medicine has limitations in its treatment.This article explored the origin of"facilitating liver qi stagnation",and elucidated the main pathogenesis of liver depression and spleen deficiency of PES based on this theory.It proposed a treatment approach of harmonization method and provided a reference for the traditional Chinese medicine treatment of PES,with three effective cases attached to prove it.关键词
