通道化噎丸联合放疗治疗Ⅲ期食管癌的临床观察
Clinical Observation on Tongdao Huaye Pill Combined with Radiotherapy in the Treatment of Stage Ⅲ Esophageal Cancer

Abstract
Abstrast:Objective To observe the one-year recurrence rate and the clinical efficacy of Tongdao Huaye Pill combined with radiotherapy in treating stage Ⅲ esophageal cancer.Methods 60 cases with esophageal cancer who had been treated with radical radiotherapy in Henan Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)and the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from January 2022 to December 2023 were divided into two groups by random number table method.The observation group of 30 cases were treated with Tongdao Huaye Pill within 3～6 weeks after radical radiotherapy,while the control group of 30 cases underwent clinical observation periodically after radical radiotherapy.The one-year recurrence rates,TCM clinical symptom scores,quality of life scores,and incidences of adverse reaction were evaluated.Results The one-year recurrence rate was 50%in the observation group and 77%in the control group.Three months after treatment,the TCM syndrome score of the observation group was superior to that of the control group,which was statistically significant(P＜0.05).After treatment,the effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group by comparing KPS scores,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Meanwhile,the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that of the control group,which was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion The treatment of Tongdao Huaye Pill combined with radiotherapy for stage Ⅲ esophageal cancer can reduce the one-year recurrence rate,and improve the quality of life for the patients.关键词
