阴道填塞溻渍法治疗宫颈癌近距离放疗后阴道损伤的疗效观察
Efficacy Observation on Vaginal Packing and Wet-Compress Method in the Treatment of Vaginal Injury after Brachytherapy for Cervical Cancer

Abstract
Objective To study the efficacy of packing and wet-compress therapy with characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)in the treatment of vaginal injury after brachytherapy for cervical cancer.Methods A total of 60 patients with radiation vaginal injury after brachytherapy were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 30 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with Chinese medicine vaginal packing and wet-compress once a day and 3 hours each time.The control group received vaginal application of triethanolamine cream,3 mg each time and once a day.Both groups were treated for 14 days as a course.The clinical efficacy,vaginal pain score,and wound healing time of vaginal tissue were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results ①Comparison of clinical efficacy between the two groups before and after treatment:the total effective rates of the observation group and the control group were 93.33%and 70.00%,respectively.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P＜0.05).②After treatment,the vaginal pain scores of the two groups were compared.The curative effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).③Comparison of healing time between the two groups:the complete healing time of the wound in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).There were no obvious adverse reactions in the two groups.Conclusion The packing and wet-compress therapy with characteristics of TCM is effective in the treatment of vaginal injury after brachytherapy of cervical cancer,and has advantages in improving patients'vaginal pain score and shortening wound healing time.关键词
