纯电动环卫车电池托架的轻量化设计
The lightweight research on battery bracket of electric sanitation vehicle
摘要
Abstract
The automobile industry sees vehicles become more lightweight.For sanitation vehicles, a lightweight design significantly improves driving cycle and working time.Battery bracket, consisting of frame structure, as the main component, bears the weight of battery packs.In this study, a FEM model of battery bracket is set up by Hypermesh.To seek a more efficient distribution of section material, the topological optimization method is applied to the FEM model.According to the topology structure, a proper structure which has lower stress and displacement is built.To further cut the weight, a design of experiment(DOE) using Hammersley sampling method is applied on the FEM model.Based on the data of DOE, two different approaches are employed in ARSM size optimization of bracket.While matching the constraints of displacement and stress, an optimal solution cuts the weight by 40%.关键词
