Accelerating the Development of Agricultural New Quality Pro-ductive Forces Through Scientific and Technological Innovation

Abstract
Cultivating and developing agricultural new quality productive forces through scien-tific and technological innovation is an inherent requirement for enhancing comprehensive agri-cultural productivity and ensuring national food security.It also serves as a strategic imperative for advancing high-quality agricultural development and expediting the establishment of a ro-bust agricultural powerhouse and a modern socialist powerhouse.Firstly,the research discusses the connotation and main characteristics of agricultural new quality productive forces.It argued that such productivity is environmentally-friendly and advanced,driven by scientific and techno-logical innovation,strongly supported by the agricultural industrial system,primarily aimed at meeting people's needs for a better life,as well as promoting sustainable resources and environ-ment.Furthermore,the"triple logic"of developing agricultural new quality productive forces was elucidated,and the primary challenges confronting China's efforts to enhance new quality productive forces were analyzed from the perspectives of the levels and capabilities of agricul-tural technological innovation,the current status of supply for new agricultural talents,as well as the level of integration among three industries and agricultural competitiveness.Additionally,the document combs through the main thought of developing new quality productive forces in ag-riculture.It specified key initiatives such as enhancing the production capacity of staple crops and important agricultural products,promoting the sustainable transformation of agriculture,re-inforcing the foundational theoretical underpinnings and technological resources for agriculture,expediting the generation of original and strategic innovations in agricultural science and tech-nology,and broadening exchanges and collaboration in agricultural science and technology.Fi-nally,considering the imperative to expedite the establishment and integration of agricultural in-novation chains,value chains,talent chains,and financing chains,as well as enhancing the com-prehensive ecological system of agricultural technological innovation,industrial innovation,and institutional innovation,this paper presents countermeasure suggestions for accelerating the de-velopment of agricultural new quality productive forces.关键词
