Abstract
The world today is undergoing major changes unseen in a century.On the one hand,a new round of scientific and technological revolution and industrial transformation are deepening.Faced with the impact of change,the traditional production technology system intro-duced,digested and absorbed may soon be devalued and obsolete.Under this great change,the technology upgrading path that relies too much on foreign introduction or the dividends of global-ization is increasingly difficult to sustain,and China must realize the transformation from tech-nology introduction to scientific and technological self-reliance.The source of science and tech-nology is basic research,and the fundamental reason for the and key technologies is the weak-ness of basic research in China.Enterprises are the main body of scientific and technological in-novation,and strengthening the basic research of enterprises is the key to achieving high level of scientific and technological self-reliance and improving the overall efficiency of the national in-novation system.Many scholars have begun to devote themselves to the research of enterprise ba-sic research level,but enterprise basic research is not simply a deepening of enterprise innova-tion nor a transfer of the basic research conducted by universities.Enterprise basic research has its unique situation.Only with a deep understanding of the connotation and micro-emergence process of enterprise basic research can enterprise decision-makers cultivate the necessary ba-sic research through specific management activities such as designing organizational structures and hiring key employees,so as to provide an operable theoretical basis for enterprises to main-tain and obtain sustainable competitive advantages. This paper selects the relevant Chinese and English literature published in mainstream au-thoritative journals to review,and summarizes the theoretical framework of enterprise basic re-search with"input-process-output"as the main line and"adoption-implementation"as the branch line.We find that there are input-output and process-end measurement modes in the measurement of basic research.The input-output measurement uses the input of basic research funds and the output of patents,while the process-end measurement uses the number of institu-tions and scientific and technological awards to measure basic research.The antecedents of en-terprise basic research include factors such as individual,team,organization and market,which affect the trigger mechanism and the creation conditions for its realization through cognitive and knowledge levels.The influence of enterprise basic research involves organizational innovation performance,economic performance and international performance.This paper constructs the overall framework of enterprise basic research,aiming to clarify the context of relevant research,and provide more comprehensive insights for enterprises and government managers to motivate enterprise basic research,and provide a reference for the follow-up research of enterprise basic research in China.关键词
