Abstract
Pursuing long-term sustainable development for resource-based enterprises is a major theoretical and practical issue.Daqing Oilfield keeps in mind the significant mission of"being a model banner and construct a cen-tennial oilfield"trusted by Xi Jinping,General Secretary of the Communist Party of China Central Committee,and guided by Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era,comprehensively grasps the macro situation,industry trends and enterprise laws,rationally thinks history,present and future,and makes a strategic deployment to initiate the growth of"the second curve".This paper systematically expounds the scientific,holistic and practical aspects of starting the growth of"the second curve"from the perspectives of strategic back-ground,strategic mission,strategic deployment,strategic support and strategic achievements.关键词
