CRP水平及其基因多态性与2型糖尿病的相关性
Correlation analysis of CRP level,CRP gene polymorphism and type 2 diabetes

Abstract
Objective To investigate the correlation between C-reactive protein(CRP)levels and its gene pol-ymorphism with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Methods From October 1,2021,to September 30,2022,100 pa-tients with T2DM were selected as the T2DM group,and 100 healthy individuals from the same period were chosen as the control group.Coagulation specimens were collected from both groups.PCR reaction and sequencing techniques were used to determine the genotype distribution of the CRP gene rs2794521(CRP-717A/G)locus.Clinical data were collected,and the correlation between CRP and its gene polymorphism with neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio(NLR),platelet-to-lymphocyte ratio(PLR),monocyte-to-lymphocyte ratio(MLR),derived neutrophil-lymphocyte ratio(dNLR),systemic immune-inflammation index(SII),and T2DM was analyzed.Results The AA gene frequency in the T2DM group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the A/G+G/G genotype,car-riers of the A/A genotype had elevated CRP levels(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in other clinical indicators among different genotypes(P>0.05).Pearson correlation analysis revealed a positive correlation be-tween CRP levels and BMI,PLR,MLR,and SII(P<0.05).There were no statistically significant differences in basic data such as gender,TCH,and monocyte count between the two groups(P>0.05).However,age,BMI,TG,NLR,PLR,dNLR,SII,and CRP showed statistically significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05).Multifactor lo-gistic regression analysis indicated that TG(OR=1.945),NLR(OR=2.022),SII(OR=7.312),PLR(OR=1.512),dNLR(OR=2.121),CRP(OR=10.126),and CRP-A/A(OR=2.132)were risk factors for type 2 diabe-tes(P<0.05).Conclusion The CRP gene A/A polymorphism may be a genetic risk factor for T2DM;carriers of this genotype have higher CRP levels.Elevated TG,NLR,SII,PLR,dNLR,and C-reactive protein are risk factors for type 2 diabetes.CRP levels are positively correlated with BMI,NLR,SII,PLR,and dNLR.关键词
