Correlation of serum tissue polypeptide antigen and carbohydrate antigen expression in triple-negative breast cancer and their predictive value for postoperative recurrence events

Abstract
Objective To investigate the correlation between serum tissue polypeptide antigen(TPA)and carbo-hydrate antigen CA15-3 expression in triple-negative breast cancer(TNBC)patients and their predictive value for post-operative recurrence events.Methods The expression levels of TPA and carbohydrate antigen CA15-3 in the serum of TNBC and non-TNBC patients were compared.The correlation and clinical significance of serum TPA and CA15-3 ex-pression in TNBC patients were analyzed.Based on the results of stable and postoperative recurrence patients in TNBC,the impact of TPA and CA15-3 expression on short-term recurrence events and the predictive efficacy for short-term postoperative recurrence events were analyzed.Results The expression levels of serum TPA and CA15-3 in TNBC and non-TNBC patients,as well as among the early and middle TNBC patients,were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Pearson correlation analysis showed a significant positive correlation between serum TPA and CA15-3 expression in TNBC patients at the 0.01 level.The comparison of serum TPA and CA15-3 expression levels between postoperative recurrence and stable period groups in TNBC patients was statistically significant(P＜0.01).ROC curve analysis of serum TPA and CA15-3 expression levels in TNBC patients showed statistically significant sensitivity and specificity in predicting effica-cy.Conclusion TPA and carbohydrate antigen CA15-3 may serve as predictive target genes for the prognosis of TNBC patients and have important clinical significance as biological indicators for recurrence events.These findings highlight the potential role of TPA and CA15-3 as valuable markers for short-term recurrence risk assessment in TNBC patients.关键词
