Research progress of silent information regulator 1 and thrombotic diseases
摘要
Abstract
Thrombotic diseases are a major cause of human mortality.Silent information regulator 1(SIRT1)reg-ulates processes such as inflammation,oxidative stress,vascular generation,energy metabolism,and endothelial cell function.It plays a crucial role in thrombotic diseases such as venous thromboembolism,ischemic stroke,atrial fibrilla-tion,and atherosclerosis.This article provides a comprehensive review of the structure and physiological functions of SIRT1,as well as its involvement in the mechanisms and research progress of thrombotic diseases.关键词
