脐带血γδT细胞的研究进展
Research progress on umbilical cord blood γδT cells
摘要
Abstract
Human γδ T cells are a subtype of T cells with innate and adaptive characteristics,playing important roles in immune responses,infections,and tumor killing.They have emerged as promising candidates for tumor immuno-therapy and adoptive cell therapy in recent years.Umbilical cord blood is rich in various lymphoid progenitor cells,char-acterized by low immunogenicity,and also contains γδT cells,making it a potential candidate source for γδT cell immu-notherapy.This review discusses the current research progress on umbilical cord blood γδT cells.关键词
