Research progress in plasma gasification technology for solid waste disposal

等离子气化技术是固体废物处理的前沿技术之一,能够实现固体废物的全部资源化,符合循环经济的发展理念.本文介绍了等离子气化技术的概念及工艺,综述了国外等离子气化技术处理固体废物的工业化现状,重点介绍了我国等离子气化技术在基础研究、中试和工业化应用方面的研究进展,分析了我国等离子气化技术工业化进程中面临的主要问题,并展望了其发展趋势,指出:等离子气化技术是一种完全符合循环经济理念的固体废物处理技术,随着研究的深入和相关法规标准的完善,必将迎来广阔的发展前景.

Plasma gasification technology is one of the cutting-edge technologies in solid waste disposal,which can achieve full resource utilization of solid waste and is in line with the development concept of the circular economy.The concept and process of plasma gasification technology were introduced in this paper,and the industrialization status of plasma gasification technology for solid waste disposal in other countries was reviewed.The research progress of Chinese plasma gasification technology in basic research,pilot tests,and industrial applications was highlighted,and the main problems faced in the industrialization process of plasma gasification technology in China were analyzed.On this basis,the development trend of plasma gasification technology was predicted.It is pointed out that plasma gasification technology is a solid waste disposal technology that fully conforms to the concept of circular economy.With the continuous deepening of research and the continuous improvement of relevant regulations and standards,it will inevitably usher in broad development prospects.
