Progress in production technologies of chemicals by alkanes and aromatics oxidation with nitrous oxide
N2O作为一种温和的氧化剂,在烷芳烃氧化生产化学品领域具有巨大应用潜力.本文介绍了N2O的来源和危害,分析了其作为氧化剂资源化利用生产更高价值化学品的优越性,总结了利用N2O氧化甲烷制甲醇、氧化苯制苯酚、氧化丙烷制丙烯领域的最新研究进展,包括催化材料、反应机理、催化性能、催化剂失活等方面,并对该领域未来的研究方向进行了展望.
As a mild oxidant,nitrous oxide(N2O)has great potential for application in the production of chemicals through the oxidation of alkanes and aromatics.The sources and hazards of N2O were introduced in this article,and it had superiority as an oxidant resource for the production of chemicals with higher value.The latest research progress in N2O oxidation of methane to methanol,benzene to phenol,and propane to propylene was summarized,including catalytic materials,reaction mechanisms,catalytic performance,and catalyst deactivation.In addition,prospects were made for future research directions in this field.
