地下水循环井修复不锈钢滤水筛管设计及性能评价OA北大核心CSTPCD
Design and performance research of stainless steel water filter screen for groundwater circulation well remediation
为了提高地下水循环井修复用不锈钢滤水筛管的抗拉能力,保证其在下管和提管时不发生拉伸变形破坏,确保滤水筛管在井内的安全运行,从整体结构、筛网丝型和参数3个方面进行了滤水筛管结构设计,并通过有限元模拟和室内拉伸试验评价滤水筛管的抗拉性能.设计采用三角形不锈钢丝型和全焊式绕丝工艺,共研制2种结构、6种规格的不锈钢滤水筛管,模拟及试验结果表明:筛管断裂均发生在接头与筛网的焊缝处,仿真结果与试验结果具有较好的吻合性;对于外绕丝内竖丝型滤水筛管,随着筛网孔隙和绕丝尺寸的增大,筛管最大拉伸载荷逐渐降低,SG1-0.9/2.3型筛管抗拉载荷最大,试验和仿真结果分别为1 072.75和1 114.39 kN,二者误差率为3.88%;对于外竖丝内绕丝型滤水筛管,随着筛网孔隙的增大,筛管圆周竖丝的横截面积逐渐减小,筛管最大拉伸载荷逐渐减小,SG2-0.9/2.3型筛管抗拉载荷最大,试验和仿真结果分别为1 662.06和1 668.23 kN,二者误差率为0.37%;对于相同的筛网参数,外竖丝内绕丝型结构在承受拉伸载荷时能够产生更大的变形,其抗拉强度优于外绕丝内竖丝型滤水筛管.该研究结果可为地下水循环井修复用不锈钢滤水筛管的设计提供理论指导.
In order to improve the tensile capacity of the stainless steel filter screen for the remediation of groundwater circulation wells,so that it will not be damaged when running down or lifting the pipe,and ensure the safe operation of the water filter screen in the well.The design of the water filter screen was carried out from three aspects:the overall structure,the screen wire type and the layout parameters,and the finite element simulation and laboratory tensile test were carried out to evaluate the tensile performance of water filter screens.The triangular stainless steel wire type and the fully welded wire winding process were used,and two kinds(6 kinds of specifications)of stainless steel water filter screens were developed.Finite element simulation and laboratory tensile test results showed that,the fractures of the screens all occurred at the weld seam between the joint and the screen cloth,and the simulation results were in good agreement with the experimental results.For the outer wound wire and inner vertical wire type water filter screen,with the increase of the screen pore size and the wire wound size,the maximum tensile load of the screen decreased gradually,SGl-0.9/2.3 screen showed the highest tensile load,the test and simulation results were 1 071.75 kN and 1 114.39 kN,respectively,with an error rate of 3.88%;for the outer vertical wire and inner wound wire type water filter screen,with the increase of the screen pore size,the cross-sectional area of the vertical wire of the screen decreased gradually,and the maximum tensile load of the screen decreased gradually,SG2-0.9/2.3 screen showed the highest tensile load,the test and simulation results were 1 662.06 kN and 1 668.23 kN,respectively,with an error rate of 0.37%.For the same screen parameters,the structure of outer vertical wire and inner wound wire can produce greater deformation,and its tensile was better than that of outer wound wire and inner vertical wire structure.The research results can provide theoretical guidance for the design of stainless steel water filter screen for the remediation of groundwater circulation wells.
