摘要

Abstract

Taking the sludge of fluorine-containing wastewater treatment from glass etching in an AG(Anti-glare)glass production enterprise as the research object,the solid waste characteristics of fluorine-containing sludge were clarified according to the identification standards and methods of hazardous waste stipulated by the state.Using the method of source tracing and detection analysis,the source of harmful components of fluorine-containing sludge was determined by AG glass raw ma-terials,production process and wastewater treatment process.Combined with the preliminary screen-ing test,the analysis index of the risk characteristics of fluorine-containing sludge was determined,and the solid waste properties of fluorine-containing sludge were determined by systematic sampling and detection analysis.As a result,the preliminary screening analysis showed that the fluorine-con-taining sludge was not infectious,reactive and acute toxic.The sampling analysis showed that the fluorine-containing sludge was not corrosive and leaching toxic.The content of toxic substances did not exceed the standard limit requirements,and the fluorine-containing sludge was comprehensively determined not to have hazardous characteristics.The research results can be used as a reference for the determination of the properties of glass etching fluorine-containing sludge solid waste,and the i-dentification method can provide reference for other solid waste identification work.
