高校研学旅行开发动机与限制研究
The Development Motivation and Constrains of Study Travel of Universities
摘要
Abstract
The way of famous school travel transforms study travel into ordinary sightseeing tours and loses the educational nature.How to make study travel in universities return to the essence of educa-tion deserves the joint reflection of academia and industry.From the perspective of motivation and restriction theory,this paper took the development of study travel in Jiangxi universities as the breakthrough point,and interpreted the motivation and constrains of study travel in Jiangxi universi-ties through 423 questionnaires.Exploratory factor analysis method summarized motivation into four categories:industry-university-research integration type,self-innovation type,social service type and brand promotion type;and merged constraints into three categories:potential constraints,struc-ture constraints and operation constraints.Finally,a Jiangxi plan for the development of universities study travel that stimulates motivation and breaks through constraints was proposed.关键词
