Abstract
The integration of TOD theory and cultural tourism industry is of great value for the coordinated development of urban and rural areas.Through the combination of TOD and cultural tourism industry,Jinzhou fully utilizes historical and natural resources,improves transportation convenience,and promotes rural economic and cultural development.Jinzhou also faces challenges such as balancing history and modernity,integrating multiple resources,and pursuing quality and sustainability.Therefore,Jinzhou can adopt strategies such as the integration of antiquity and innovation,the construction of public-private cooperation platforms,and continuous market feedback and innovation to address the challenges.Looking ahead to the future,Jinzhou is expected to become a tourist destination that integrates tradition and modernity,nature and culture.关键词
