社区商业街道视觉疗愈性及其影响因素研究

Abstract
As the pace of contemporary urban life continues to accelerate,people's life pressure is also increasing.Healing environment has become an important topic in urban renewal.Community commercial street is an important spatial carrier closely related to residents'daily lives,and the healing design on this kind of street can serve more residents.Based on the existing evaluation systems of healing street,this article sorts out a list of the visual healing factors of community commercial street and evaluates three streets in Yangpu District.The result confirmed that in Pearson correlation analysis and multiple linear regression,the green sight rate and sidewalk width had a positive correlation with street healing,while the car sight rate and commercial interface sight rate showed a negative correlation.Based on the conclusion,the paper proposes several guidelines for healing street design.关键词
