热处理工艺对H70厚带微观组织和深冲性能的影响OA
Effect of heat treatment process on the microstructure and deep flushing performance of H70 thick belt
为了研究热处理工艺对H70厚带组织和深冲性能的影响,开展了不同热处理工艺实验,采用金相显微镜和万能试验机对铜带的微观组织和性能进行检测分析.结果表明:H70厚带经过460℃~580℃范围内保温6h的退火处理后,其晶粒尺寸、机械性能、深冲性能变化明显.随着退火温度的提高,H70厚带的晶粒尺寸逐渐增大,抗拉强度逐渐降低,延伸率先增大后平稳再增大,深冲性能先变好后逐渐恶化.当退火温度在500℃~550℃内保温6h,晶粒尺寸在45μm~85μm之间,晶粒大小均匀,H70厚带表现出较好的深冲性能.由此可见,H70厚带想要达到良好的深冲性能,须将控制退火温度范围及晶粒尺寸范围.
In order to study the influence of heat treatment process on the tissue and deep flushing performance of H70 thick belt,different heat treatment process experiments were carried out,and the microscopic organization and performance of copper strip were analyzed by metallophase microscope and universal test machine.The results show that the grain size,mechanical properties and deep flushing properties of H70 thick band were annealed for 6h in the range of 460℃~580℃.With the increase of annealing temperature,the grain size of H70 thick band gradually increases,the tensile strength gradually decreases,the extension steadily increases first,and the deep flushing performance is first improved and then gradually deteriorated.When the annealing temperature is within 500℃~550℃for 6h,the grain size is between 45 μ m and 85 μ m,the grain size is uniform,and the H70 thick band shows good deep flushing performance.It can be seen that for the H70 thick band to achieve good deep flushing performance,the annealing temperature range and grain size range must be controlled.
