侧喷吹减磨弯头磨损特性的CFD-DEM仿真分析OA

Numerical study on the erosion characteristics of wear-resistant elbow in side injection pipeline by CFD-DEM coupled simulation

为实现煤粉颗粒在管道和喷枪内的稳定可靠输送和精确喷吹,明确不同类型弯头的磨损特性,基于Archard磨损模型采用计算流体力学与离散元耦合(CFD-DEM)方法,对普通弯头、T型弯头、堵塞型弯头、球型弯头处的颗粒切向速度分布和磨损特性进行分析.研究发现:T型弯头磨损区域主要集中在颗粒床靠近弯头出口的下方,堵塞型弯头磨损区域主要集中在弯头凸棱处且磨损区域面积较小,球型弯头磨损主要集中在颗粒首次冲击区域;堵塞型弯头均布碰撞强度最大,但磨损区域较小弯头凸棱处的磨损点较为集中;堵塞型弯头最大磨损量增速最高,球型弯头最大磨损量增最小.

The erosion characteristics of elbows are numerical simulated by computational fluid dynamics and discrete element coupling method(CFD-DEM).The aforementioned flow characteristics are important factors to ensure stable and reliable transportation of side injection for coal powder particles in nonferrous metal smelting.The ordinary elbows,the T-shaped elbows,the blind elbows,and spherical elbows are selected to discuss.The results show that the erosion area of T-shaped elbows is mainly concentrated on the below section near the outlet of the elbow,while that of the blind elbow is mainly concentrated at the convex edges.The erosion area of spherical elbow is mainly concentrated in the first impact area of particles.Meanwhile,the blind elbow has the highest uniform collision strength concentrated at the convex edges of the elbow.The maximum erosion rate of the blind elbow is the highest relative the smallest spherical elbow.
