2022年入夏以来,四川广元遭遇持续高温天气,电力供应短缺,我公司400KA系列被迫停槽.为在供电负荷得到缓解后快速复工复产,同时考虑到现场存放的大量高残阳极,开发一种能够有效利用高残阳极进行电解槽启动的技术势在必行,通过多次完善技术方案,最终成功研发了燃气焙烧与原序高残阳极结合的二次焙烧启动技术,为同行发生类似紧急系列停槽后快速复产提供参考.
Since the beginning of summer in 2022,Guangyuan,Sichuan Province,suffered from continuous high temperature weather,power supply shortage,our company's 400KA series was forced to stop the tank.In order to resume production quickly after the power supply load is relieved,and considering the large amount of residues stored on site,it is imperative to develop a technology that can effectively use the residues to start the electrolytic cell.Through several improvements in the technical scheme,the secondary roasting start-up technology combining gas roasting with the original sequence residues has been successfully developed.To provide reference for the rapid resumption of production after similar emergency series shutdowns.
