Abstract
In the process of mine construction and development,the traditional mine geological survey management has a lot of problems,such as large management workload,low degree of information integration,prominent potential safety hazards,loss of mineral resources,unclear workflow and low efficiency.There is no systematic digital closed-loop management model of geological survey in China.Based on the"green wisdom"mine construction of the Xiarihamu nickel-cobalt mine and the application of open-pit mine digitization and information technology,this paper forms a set of open-pit mine digital closed-loop management model of fine measurement,data sharing,system approval,tracking and positioning,mechanical scheduling and real-time monitoring.The PDCA closed-loop management theory and the industry modern digital management method are applied to the Xiarihamu open-pit mining to practice the modern digital innovation management of open-pit mining geological survey.关键词
