Abstract
This paper discusses the challenges and opportunities of overseas EPC general contracting enterprises in the whole process cost control.Overseas EPC projects have the characteristics of large investment scale,long cycle,high technical requirements,and complex contract terms,making cost control the key.The paper emphasizes the necessity,key links and corresponding measures of cost control in the whole process.And through the case analysis,the necessity of the whole process cost control is explained again and relevant suggestions are given.These suggestions will help enterprises maintain competitive advantages in the global competition and achieve sustainable development.关键词
