髋臼横韧带在全髋关节置换术中假体定位意义的研究进展
Research progress on the significance of transverse acetabular ligament in the positioning of prosthesis in total hip replacement
摘要
Abstract
Total hip arthroplasty(THA)has significant efficacy in the treatment of end-stage osteoarthritis,femoral head necrosis and other hip diseases,and the accurate positioning of the acetabular prosthesis has become the key of surgery.It has been proposed that the positioning of the transverse acetabular ligament can reduce the incidence of postoperative dislocation.This method of positioning is simple,rapid,and economical without assistance.It prevents the risk of high BMI and intraoperative rotation of the pelvis in place and helps beginners quickly grasp the technical essentials of acetabular prosthesis placement during THA.This article will review the basic anatomy of the transverse acetabular ligament and the importance of positioning the transverse acetabular ligament in THA from the angle,coverage,and center of rotation of the acetabular prosthesis.关键词
