Application of transcription factors in the construction of microbial cell factories
摘要
Abstract
The employment of microbial cell factories has become a feasible approach for the green and sustainable production,which is environmentally friendly and attracts much attention.With the development of synthetic biology,the efficient and intelligent production of microbial cell factories has become a topic of tremendous research hot spot.The efficient synthesis of target products in microorganisms relies on the regulation and optimization of metabolic pathways.Meanwhile,transcription factors are common regulatory elements that play an important role in the construction of microbial cell factories.Transcription factors has been widely applied in the construction of biosensors,high-throughput screening,and the engineering of chassis cells.Starting from the regulatory mechanism of transcription factors,we review the mining,prediction and identification methods of transcription factors,and comprehensively summarize and discusse the application of transcription factors in the construction of microbial cell factories to provide reference for related research.关键词
