Recent progress of nitrite reductase
摘要
Abstract
Nitrite reductases,a class of metalloenzymes in catalyzing the degradation of nitrites,have shown wide applications in the fields of food and environment in recent years.According to their protein structures and catalytic mechanisms,nitrite reductases are divided into four types:copper type(CuNiRs),cytochrome cd1 type(cd1NiRs),polyheme c type(ccNiRs)and ferredoxin-dependent type(FdNiRs).In this review,we describe the structures and catalytic mechanisms of various nitrite reductases,then summarize their applications in industrial and agricultural product treatment,environmental remediation,biosensors and other fields.In the end,we present the research status of artificial and simulated enzymes for salt reductases.This review will provide a good reference for the development of new nitrite enzymes.关键词
