Recent progress of nitrite reductase
亚硝酸还原酶作为一种能催化亚硝酸盐降解的金属酶,在食品、环境等领域具有广泛的应用前景.根据其蛋白质结构及催化机制,亚硝酸还原酶可分为铜型(CuNiRs)、细胞色素cd1型(cd1NiRs)、多聚血红素c型(ccNiRs)和铁氧还蛋白依赖型(FdNiRs)四类.基于此,本文先重点介绍了各类亚硝酸还原酶的结构及催化机制;在此基础上,综述亚硝酸还原酶在工农业制品处理、环境修复、生物传感器等领域取得的应用;此外,分析亚硝酸还原酶的人工酶与模拟酶的研究现状,以期为新型亚硝酸盐酶的开发提供参考.
Nitrite reductases,a class of metalloenzymes in catalyzing the degradation of nitrites,have shown wide applications in the fields of food and environment in recent years.According to their protein structures and catalytic mechanisms,nitrite reductases are divided into four types:copper type(CuNiRs),cytochrome cd1 type(cd1NiRs),polyheme c type(ccNiRs)and ferredoxin-dependent type(FdNiRs).In this review,we describe the structures and catalytic mechanisms of various nitrite reductases,then summarize their applications in industrial and agricultural product treatment,environmental remediation,biosensors and other fields.In the end,we present the research status of artificial and simulated enzymes for salt reductases.This review will provide a good reference for the development of new nitrite enzymes.
