Research progress of anticancer mechanism of kaempferol
山奈酚是一种黄酮醇类化合物,具有抗氧化、抗炎、抗菌及抗肿瘤等生物活性,尤其是在肿瘤防治方面具有重要作用.山奈酚主要通过诱导细胞凋亡、抑制细胞增殖、迁移和侵袭、促进宿主的免疫反应等作用来发挥抗肿瘤的活性.因此,笔者进行了有关综述,以期将山奈酚被开发作为预防和治疗肿瘤药物提供一定的理论基础.
Kaempferol,a flavonol compound,exhibits antioxidant,anti-inflammatory,antibacterial,anti-cancer and other biological activities.In the past decade,Kaempferol has demonstrated some significance in the prevention and treatment of cancer,with primary mechanism by inducing cancer cell apoptosis,inhibiting cancer cell proliferation,migration and invasion,and promoting host immune response.Herein,we review the recent progress on anti-cancer mechanism of kaempferol,hoping to provide scientific basis in the development of kaempferol drugs for the prevention and treatment of cancer.
