以临床用药一致性为依据的枳壳标准汤剂制备工艺及含量测定
Preparation and content determination of standard decoction of Fructus Aurantii based on consistency of clinical medication

Abstract
Standard decoction of Fructus Aurantii was prepared according to the principle of consistency of clinical medication,and its major contents were subsequently measured using LC-MS.After the preparation process were evaluated in terms of several parameters such as decoction container,soaking time,solvent dosage,decoction time and frequency,three batches of standard decoction were generated from the same lot of Fructus Aurantii for LC-MS analysis of 6 ingredients.As a result,the optimal process was to use a ceramic pot.After the slices were soaked for 60 min,10 times more water was added and the mixture was boiled for 30 min to afford the first decoction.The second decoction was obtained with 8 times more water and the subsequent boiling for 20 min.Next,the average contents of naringin,neohesperidin,naringin,hesperidin,meranzin hydrate and nobiletin were measured,using our established LC-MS method,to be 165.98,86.03,29.64,10.74,3.73 and 10.67 µg/g,respectively.Our studies on the extraction technology for standard decoction of Fructus aurantii will be beneficial for the continuous research in this field.关键词
