"对外讲好中国故事"以厘清声音清晰、内容明晰、理念辨析三重内涵为基础,以文化强国的必然要求、塑造国家良好形象、贡献中国智慧和中国方案的价值意蕴为理论导向,以构建对外讲好中国故事的话语体系、培养对外讲好中国故事的各类人才、搭建对外讲好中国故事的媒体矩阵为实践路径,从而通过持续深入推进对外讲好中国故事进程,增强文化自信、提升国家文化软实力、提高中华文明影响力、吸引力和传播力.
