数字党建赋能高校党建高质量发展实践探索
Practice and Exploration of High Quality Development of Digital Party Construction in Universities
摘要
Abstract
With the arrival of the information and digital era,party building work in universities should adapt to the characteristics of the times and achieve informatization and modernization.The digital party construction platform at Shenyang Agricultural University is designed with the aim of reducing the burden on party affairs workers and empowering the effectiveness of party building.It utilizes information technology in designing different functional modules for regulations,procedural requirements,and organizational propaganda,satisfying demand of party construction work.Moreover,the platform features standardization,informatization,and dataization,leading to innovative development in traditional party building work.By designing dedicated party building spaces such as the party member circle and party building showcases,the platform strengthens the connectivity and interaction between party members and party organizations,thereby enhancing the effectiveness of party building propaganda.With modules for party member development,branch reorganization,regulations,the platform addresses issues of non-standardized party building materials in areas such as party member development and organizational activities.It effectively meets the party affairs work demand of administrators,party members,the general public,as well as the Party Committee and Party branches.Research has summarized the application effects and practical experience of digital party building platforms,proposing that the construction of such platforms is a supplement to traditional party building work rather than a replacement.The research proposes the following suggestions:actively and progressively promote the construction of digital party building platforms,avoiding a"one-size-fits-all"approach;adhere to the principles of consistent information and flexible functionality when upgrading digital platforms based on user demand;strengthen collaboration among departments and maintain information integrity to drive the digitalization of party building platforms;ultimately,enhance the organizational capacity,cohesion,and combat effectiveness of grassroots party organizations.关键词
