多元共治视域下乡村治理优化路径探析
Analysis of the Optimization Path for Rural Governance from the Perspective of Diversified Co-governance
摘要
Abstract
Strengthening and improving rural governance is an important guarantee for rural revitalization.According to the reality of rural governance,optimizing rural governance requires the full play of formal organizations such as village party organizations,as well as various informal rural organizations,in order to form a synergistic force in rural governance.Meanwhile,the research suggests leveraging the influence of culture,moral and law,integrating diverse rural governance methods,so as to improve the rural governance environment.At last,to achieve effective rural governance,this research proposes following suggestions:strengthen the selection and training of village cadres,enhance the participation of farmers in rural governance,stimulate their initiative and guide farmers to participate in rural governance in an orderly manner.关键词
