公费农科生人才培养方案制定与实施策略
Research on the Formulation of Talent Training Program for Public-funded Agricultural Science Students and Its Implementation Strategy

Abstract
The public-funded training policy for agricultural science students is an important measure to promote the transformation of agricultural science education and the revitalization of rural talents.It is of great significance to guide high-quality agricultural science talents to work in rural areas at the basic level.Scientifically formulating talent training programs and optimizing their implementation strategies are the fundamental guarantees for the cultivation of public-funded agricultural science students.Based on the analysis of the differences in talent cultivation between public-funded and conventional agricultural science students,combined with the actual situation of talent cultivation at Qingdao Agricultural University,this study proposes a basic logic to formulate talent cultivating plan for public-funded agricultural science students;Then the study elaborates on the implementation strategies of the above talent cultivating program from three aspects:cultivating high-quality faculty to promote classroom reform,fostering collaboration between universities and industry in nurturing talents to enhance practical skills,designing specialized systems to implement process management;so as to cultivate agricultural technology promotion talents who could stay and effectively use their skills in their work in rural areas.关键词
