Research progress of in-hospital cardiac arrest
摘要
Abstract
In-hospital cardiac arrest is an acute clinical event characterized by a high rate of death.Unlike out-of-hospital cardiac arrest,in-hospital cardiac arrest exhibits its unique epidemiolo-gy,risk factors,and early warning symptoms.Based on its distinctive features,the detection of in-hospital cardiac arrest can be predicted early.Given its occurrence within a healthcare facility,it is easier to initiate cardiopulmonary resuscitation and advanced life support,which can enhance the suc-cess rate of resuscitation and prognosis improvement.This article elaborates on the epidemiology,mechanisms,pathophysiology,risk factors,early warning symptoms,early warning scoring systems,organ assessment following in-hospital cardiac arrest,treatment,and prevention,both domestically and internationally.关键词
