摘要
Abstract
Trauma is the main cause of morbidity,disability,and mortality among children glob-ally.The respiratory system is one of the key systems exposed to trauma firstly and its severity of damage directly affects the prognosis of children.Accurate assessment of the alterations and appropri-ate supportive treatment in respiratory system can effectively mitigate the mortality and the incidence of sequelae in children.This article comprehensively reviews the evaluation of post-traumatic respira-tory function,the selection of post-traumatic respiratory support measures and the identification of re-spiratory changes in severe post-traumatic complications in children,aiming to provide clinicians with novel diagnostic and treatment strategies for managing post-traumatic pediatric patients.关键词
