Abstract
Bowel and mesenteric injuries(BMIs)account for 3％～5％of blunt abdominal in-juries,which often occur after traffic accidents and other collisions.It is a form of blunt abdominal trauma second only to liver and spleen injuries.The early symptoms of patients with simple BMIs were mild and atypical,such as blood loss,increased heart rate,persistent abdominal pain,nausea and vomiting.The imaging findings were subtle and hidden,which could easily lead to delay or even missed diagnosis.This article reports a case of early hemorrhagic shock caused by injury of mesenteric and superior mesenteric artery branches after traffic accident.The patient suffered from cardiac arrest during the perioperative period of interventional operation,recovered successfully after active rescue,and finally recovered and discharged from the hospital.关键词
