液压抓料机阀控冷却系统设计
Design of Valve-controlled Cooling System for Hydraulic Grabbing Machine
摘要
Abstract
In view of the problems such as high energy consumption of the hydraulic cooling system of the grabbing machine and easy accumulation of dust on the radiator and poor altitude adaptability,an electro-hydraulic proportional control scheme with cooling fan reverse rotation for dust removal and introduction of fan speed correction coefficient K is proposed,based on MATLAB/Simulink modeling and simulation analysis,reliability tests are carried out through trial products.The results show that the hydraulic cooling system using a new control strategy can adjust the cooling fan speed in real time according to the oil temperature,the fan speed response is faster and the energy consumption is smaller when the hydraulic oil temperature is in the range of 55 to 80 ℃.The fan reverse rotation has obvious anti-dust and dust removal capabilities,the energy saving and noise reduction effect is significant,and the heat dissipation capacity of the radiator is significantly improved,which can provide a reference for the development and design of similar fan systems.关键词
