Review analysis and inspiration on the scheduling of the "2024.4" Beijiang catastrophic flood
摘要
Abstract
Under the leadership of the Ministry of Water Resources of China,the Pearl River Water Resources Commission has planned ahead,carefully organized and implemented the joint scheduling of water projects group in the Beijiang River Basin,successfully prevented the"2024.4"severe flood,ensured the flood safety of the Beijiang River basin,especially the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area,and effectively reduced flood losses.The process of joint water projects group scheduling of"2024.4"major flood in Beijiang River Basin was reviewed,the severe situation of flood operation was evaluated,the mode and effect of joint scheduling of water projects group in different stages of flood development were analyzed,and the constraints existing in the process of joint flood scheduling of water projects were discussed.The countermeasures and suggestions to further improve the joint scheduling of basinal water engineering groups are put forward,which is of great significance to improve the flood prevention of Beijiang River Basin and the flood protection capability of Guangdong-Hong kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.关键词
