花榈木实生苗对低温胁迫处理的响应
Response of Ormosia henryi Prain Seedlings to Cold Stress
摘要
Abstract
Ormosia henryi Prain seedlings were treated by different time under a certain cold temperature and differ-ent temperature to study their cold resistance.Results showed that morphological characteristics of seedlings were different at different degrees of cold temperature treatments,and different physiological indicators tendency were dif-ferent,conductivity and concentration of anthocyanin of seedlings leaf increased with cold degree,however,concen-tration of chlorophyll of seedlings leaf increased firstly and then decreased,this indicated that seedlings has certain degree cold resistance,and it is need to study growth variation of seedlings for its plantation.关键词
