Building a new system of integrated home-based community services and security for the elderly
摘要
Abstract
Within the structural framework for eldercare in China,services,particularly those at the community level,stand as the most fragile link.Under the current situation of accelerated population ageing,the shortage of home-based communi-ty services for the elderly and the lack of high-quality services are big problems.From a practical point of view and drawing on the successful experience of the international community,we have proposed ideas and decision-making options for reforming and constructing services such as the establishment of integrated home-based community services,improving the quality of service per-sonnel,strengthening the rule of law,and developing medical treatment and health care,as well as information and cultural man-agement.关键词
