Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of Zhenwu Decoction combined with Sacubitril Valsartan in the treatment of heart failure.Method:A total of 86 patients with heart failure treated in Tengzhou Traditional Chinese Medical Hospital from January 2022 to January 2024 were selected and divided into control group(given Sacubitril Valsartan)and observation group(given Sacubitril Valsartan combined with Zhenwu Decoction)by random number table method,with 43 cases in each group.TCM symptoms scores,heart function,inflammatory indexes,N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide(NT-proBNP),oxidative stress and total effective rate were compared between the two groups.Result:Before treatment,there were no significant differences in TCM symptoms scores(chest distress,palpitation,shortness of breath,spiritlessness and fatigue,facial and lower limbs edema,dim complexion),left ventricular end-systolic diameter(LVESD),left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVEDD),left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),C reactive protein(CRP),interleukin-6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),homocysteine(Hcy),malondialdehyde(MDA),superoxide dismutase(SOD)and NT-proBNP between two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the chest distress,palpitation,shortness of breath,spiritlessness and fatigue,facial and lower limbs edema,dim complexion scores and LVESD,LVEDD,CRP,IL-6,TNF-α,Hcy,MDA and NT-proBNP were all decreased in both groups,those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the LVEF and SOD were all increased in both groups,those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Zhenwu Decoction combined with Sacubitril Valsartan in patients with heart failure can reduce NT-proBNP,improve cardiac function,inhibit inflammatory response and alleviate oxidative stress,with significant curative effect.关键词
