Abstract
Objective:To investigate the efficacy and safety of Tobramycin Eye Drops in bacterial conjunctivitis and its influence on ocular surface state.Method:A total of 96 patients with bacterial conjunctivitis admitted to Zhongshan Hospital Xiamen University from October 2018 to August 2023 were divided into two groups according to random number table method.The control group(n=48)was treated with Levofloxacin Eye Drops,the observation group(n=48)was treated with Tobramycin Eye Drops.The total effective rate,the incidence of adverse reactions,the improvement time of symptoms and signs and the lacrimal secretion test results and ocular surface disease index scale scores before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the total rate of adverse reactions was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the improvement time of symptoms and signs were significantly shorter than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in lacrimal secretion test results and ocular surface disease index scale scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After 3 and 7 days of treatment,the lacrimal secretion test results of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group,and the scores of ocular surface disease index scale were significantly lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Tobramycin Eye Drops are effective and safe in bacterial conjunctivitis,and can significantly improve the ocular surface state of patients.关键词
