Abstract
Objective:To analyze the effect of percutaneous pedicle screw surgery on postoperative recovery time,intraoperative blood loss and safety in patients with spinal trauma.Method:A total of 64 patients with spinal trauma admitted to Jiujiang NO.1 People's Hospital from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected as as the study subjects and randomly divided into groups using a random number table method.In the observation group,32 patients underwent percutaneous pedicle screws,in the control group,32 patients underwent conventional surgery.The clinical efficacy,complication rate(incision infection,nerve damage,internal fixation displacement),surgical indexes(intraoperative blood loss,incision length,postoperative drainage volume),recovery time(first time of getting out of bed,first time of defecation,hospital stay time)were compared,the visual analogue scale(VAS)score,Japanese orthopaedic association(JOA)lumbar spine score and lumbar spine function(vertebral anterior edge height,Cobb angle)before and after treatment were compared.Result:The total clinical effective rate of the observation group after treatment was higher than that of the control group,with less intraoperative bleeding and postoperative drainage volume compared to the control group,the incision length was shorter than that of the control group,the incidence of complications was lower than that of the control group,and the recovery time were shorter than those of the control group,the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);there were no significant differences in VAS score,lumbar JOA score and lumbar function between the observation group and the control group before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the VAS score and Cobb angle in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,while the JOA score and anterior vertebral height in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Percutaneous pedicle screw surgery for patients with spinal trauma can improve the clinical efficacy,with less blood loss and shorter incision,which can improve lumbar function,reduce postoperative pain,shorten postoperative recovery time,and is more conducive to reducing the incidence of postoperative complications and improving the safety of treatment than conventional surgery.关键词
