桃核承气汤加减联合雷火灸治疗急性盆腔炎的疗效及对血清炎性指标的影响
Effect of Modified Taohe Chengqi Decoction Combined with Thunder-fire Moxibustion in the Treatment of Acute Pelvic Inflammatory Disease and Its Influence on Serum Inflammatory Indexes

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the effect of modified Taohe Chengqi Decoction combined with thunder-fire moxibustion in the treatment of acute pelvic inflammatory disease and its influence on serum inflammatory indexes.Method:A total of 84 patients with acute pelvic inflammatory disease admitted to Xingguo Hospital Affiliated to Gannan Medical College from January to September 2023 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group.The control group(n=42)was treated with routine treatment,and the observation group(n=42)was treated with modified Taohe Chengqi Decoction combined with thunder-fire moxibustion.Symptom disappearance time,clinical efficacy,the levels of serum inflammatory indexes[C reactive protein(CRP),procalcitonin(PCT)and interleukin-6(IL-6)]and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:The disappearance time of lower abdominal pendant expansion,lower abdominal pain,lumbosacral pain,relief of vaginal secretions and fever in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in CRP,IL-6 and PCT levels between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of CRP,IL-6 and PCT in both groups were decreased,and the levels of CRP,IL-6 and PCT in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Modified Taohe Chengqi Decoction combined with thunder-fire moxibustion in the treatment of acute pelvic inflammatory disease can promote rapid recovery of patients,the clinical effect is significant,can reduce the levels of inflammation indexes,which is safe and reliable.关键词
