山东省推进农业农村现代化规划的政策文本分析

Abstract
Through the analysis of the thirteen plans to promote agricultural and rural modernization in Shandong Province,it is found that the agricultural and rural modernization planning in Shandong Province embodies the following five characteristics:multi-dimensional integrated development,focus on industrial integration,basis on local characteristics,persistence on the application of new technology,and promotion of agricultural and rural modernization through reform.The work foundation of its value lies in the realistic and pragmatic work style,the humanistic starting point of its value lies in the embodiment of the basic idea of people-centeredness,and the ecological concept of its value is shown as the basic idea of protecting the ecological environment.The marginal spillover of its value lies in serving the national development strategy.关键词
