新时代"枫桥经验"融入法治乡村建设的策略与机制

Abstract
Rural construction under the rule of law is not only a necessary guarantee for rural revitalization,but also an inevitable requirement for comprehensively governing the country according to law.At present,it is required to block the non-litigation dispute mechanism in front and deepen the governance of litigation sources,while many rural autonomy systems and mechanisms in our country are not perfect,contradictions and disputes emerge in endlessly,the litigation rate remains high,and rural governance is facing great pressure.The"Fengqiao experience"in the new era has been continuously developed through long-term social practice,which is of great enlightening significance to the rural construction under the rule of law.Therefore,under the leadership of grass-roots autonomous organizations,we can adhere to the legalization of the"Fengqiao experience"in the new era,take the rural"legal sensible"as the"bellwether",build a rural legal home,improve the system and mechanism of rural autonomy,and achieve people-centeredness.adhere to contradictions do not hand in,solve on the spot,improve the ability and quality of rural autonomy,and deal with the problems of rural governance in the new era.关键词
