摘要
Abstract
Functional agriculture refers to agricultural production through nutrition enhancement technology or other technical means,and finally produce functional agricultural products with the function of health improvement.Functional food refers to the ultimate product which takes functional agricultural products produced by functional agriculture as raw materials and food processing industry as means to supplement specific functional nutrition and achieve the goal of health improvement.Under the guidance of the Rural Revitalization Strategy,functional agriculture has injected policy vitality into the development of agricultural economy,but the development of functional agriculture is still faced with many practical difficulties.On the basis of combing the relevant industries,this study puts forward the existing problems and provides suggestions to solve them,in order to promote the development of functional agriculture in Shanxi Province.关键词
