乡村治理现代化视域下农村基层党员干部治理能力提升研究
摘要
Abstract
The modernization of rural governance provides inexhaustible driving force for the modernization of national governance.As the direct subject of implementing the task of rural governance modernization,the improvement of rural grass-roots party members and cadres'governance ability is conducive to the long-term governance of the country,the pluralistic governance of rural areas and the consolidation of the main position of rural grass-roots party organizations.However,in the current perspective of rural governance modernization,there are some deficiencies in the governance ability of grass-roots cadres.We must seek an effective path to improve governance ability on the basis of changing governance concepts,that is,improve leadership ability under the guidance of Jente Party building,improve organizational ability in the concept of serving the people,and enhance professional ability in the development call of The Times.Enhance the coordination ability in diverse cooperation and co-governance,and promote the long-term development of rural governance.关键词
