Abstract
As a new era of rural cultural revitalization,new rural elites culture provides ideological guarantees for Rural Revitalization Strategy to play an important role.With the continuous changes of the times,new rural elites culture also plays an important role in promoting rural cultural revitalization,practicing the core socialist values,and meeting the needs of the people for a better life.This paper focuses on analyzing the practical difficulties faced by new rural elites culture,and proposes practical paths to promote new rural elites culture,including adhering to people-oriented,gathering and cultivating new elites role models,adhering to localization,exploring characteristic new rural elites culture resources,and adhering to institutional construction to strengthen the protection and guidance of new rural elites culture.关键词
