职业教育赋能乡村振兴的内在机理及实践路径研究
摘要
Abstract
As a complex systematic project,the sustainable development of rural revitalization is inseparable from the support of organizations from all walks of life.Education,especially vocational education,naturally undertakes the mission of educating people and is the main functional subject in social services.Vocational education bears the important value of the times.Based on the triple coincidence of policy promotion,value purpose and natural advantages,there is a dominant internal mechanism between vocational education and rural revitalization.However,theoretical mechanism between the two has some practical problems in practice,such as the deviation of value,the dislocation of talent supply and demand,and the weak consciousness of returning to hometown,which forms an urgent dilemma in the process of rural revitalization of vocational education.Therefore,it is proposed that vocational education should reshape the value of education,pay attention to the construction of talents and strengthen employment guidance to enhance the attractiveness of rural posts.关键词
